BMX Club

Summer 2024
The Club CNCB-Bolt BMX welcomes close to 120 members every year. Its focus is on developing athletes of all ages with the desire to start competing or perfect their BMX technique and skills.
This program is for riders aged 5 to 12 who want to improve their BMX technique on the outdoor BMX track.
5 to 12 years – Boys and girls :
- Mondays and Wednesdays
- Starting May 6
- At the Bromont National Cycling Center
Girls and boys
This program is for riders aged 5 to 14 who want to improve their BMX technique on the outdoor BMX track.
5 to 14 years:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Starting May 6
- At the Bromont National Cycling Center
Girls and boys
This program is for riders aged 13 and over who want to improve their BMX technique on the outdoor BMX track.
Ages 13 and over:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Starting May 6
- At the Bromont National Cycling Center
Women and men
This program is for riders aged 18 and over who want to improve their BMX technique on the outdoor BMX track.
18 and over:
- Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Starting May 6
- At the Bromont National Cycling Center
Includes
- Techniques and feebacks
Required material
- Full face Helmet
- Closed shoes
- Gloves that cover the fingers
- Sport clothes adapted to BMX practices (long sleeve jersey, pants, high socks)
- BMX bike in good conditions
- Optional: full body protections (knee / chin pads, chest plate)
- FQSC license valid for BMX (recreational 20 po or competitive / UCI options) development components, on behalf of the CNCB-BOLT Club.
