The CNCB-Bolt road and track Club specializes in the development of young cyclist. Its mission is to offer a structure that will promote the improvement of our next generation. It’s under the supervision of certified coaches that they will be supported through their development.

The objectives of the program are to develop the technical skills and physical abilities of 7 to 8 year olds while integrating fun, confidence and self-esteem through road cycling.

  • 14 sessions
  • Schedule: May 10 to August 26 with two weeks of vacation during the construction vacations
  • Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Postponement of activity in case of bad weather: if we judge that the weather is not optimal for training, a maximum of two sessions can be rescheduled at the end of the season.

The objectives of the program are to develop atoms and peewees aged 9 to 11 in technical and physical skills while integrating fun, confidence and self-esteem through road cycling and introduction to track.

The objectives of the program are to develop technical and tactical skills as well as physical fitness for minors and cadets between the ages of 12 and 16 in order to train them for road and track competition while integrating fun, confidence and self-esteem.

Required material

  • FQSC license on behalf of the CNCB-BOLT Club (Minimes and cadets)
  • Road bike in good condition
  • Bike helmet
  • Club jersey during trainings and competition
  • Clothes suited for cycling practices
  • Gloves and glasses are recommended
  • Water bottle or Camelback type hydration bag
  • Snack
  • Basic repair equipment (multi-tool, tire iron, tube, pump)
