Passionate about the outdoors and cycling since the age of 2, he has been involved in community sports for over 25 years as an athlete, coach, coordinator and now manager. One of the founders of Club CNCB-BOLT and the instigator of a project that has mobilized the sports and business communities across Quebec and Canada.

He has been prime contractor for the Vélodrome Sylvan Adams – Centre Multisport Desjardins and general manager of the Centre National de Cyclisme de Bromont for over 10 years.

Après plusieurs années à œuvrer dans les domaines du ski, du tourisme et en gestion de projets, Delphine s’est jointe à l’équipe du CNCB à titre de Directrice marketing, expérience client et événement. Her management and communication skills, as well as her leadership, enable her to forge strong links with industry stakeholders and delight everyone she meets along the way.

A close collaborator of the CNCB for many years, her contribution was decisive in the final stages leading to the opening of the Vélodrome Sylvan Adams – Centre Multisport Desjardins. Today, she is passionately involved in every aspect of the center, where you can now clearly see a trace of her beautiful colors.

An experienced athlete and coach, Maxine has been racking up elite women’s Downhill and Enduro titles for years. With an academic background in kinesiology and a National Coaching Certification Program trainer, Max teaches her art with an emphasis on technique, safety and fun.

Coordinator of sports programs, she works to democratize women’s mountain biking, notably with the Bolt women’s team.

A native of the Laurentians, Marie-Michèle chose to settle in the beautiful Eastern Townships to raise her family. A beekeeper in her spare time, a game of golf is never out of the question, but she’s still an avid downhill skier!

Her career in the restaurant business has taken her into many different spheres, culminating in her appointment as Executive Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator at the CNCB, where she passionately supports her colleagues and is an unfailing ally for the entire team.

Thanks to her ITHQ training in hotel management, Alexandra has been able to travel all over America, perfecting her range of knowledge and resources. She then discovered the world of sports, in which she has now worked for 15 years as a volunteer and manager.

Mother of 3 young up-and-coming cyclists, For the past 2 years, Alexandra has held the position of Groups and Events Coordinator, a role in which she devotes herself with great passion and determination. If you’d like to organize a private event or activity, she’ll know how to make it happen!

Alex’s youth was spent in a competitive alpine skiing environment, which led him to explore other sports during the summer season, eventually leading him to fall in love with cycling. With his background in industrial and automotive mechanics, the position of Infrastructure Coordinator not only aligned perfectly with his technical knowledge, but also with his passions.

With his passion, pleasure and balance at heart, he has quickly made his mark with the CNCB, since his arrival in the spring of 2022. Now an avid climber, he continues to share his passion for cycling with his family, thanks to the activities organized by the CNCB.

Our trainer Christel Ferrier humbly conceals her remarkable sporting career. As a two-time French road cycling champion and former Beijing Olympian, she also achieved a brilliant 4th place in the cyclo-cross world championships in 2008.

With her solid experience as a coach and her master’s degree in education and motor skills from the UFR Staps, Christel transmits her passion for cycling with enthusiasm and a contagious smile, in all cycling disciplines.

Marie-Josée’s cycling adventure began in 2008 with downhill mountain biking. This new passion propelled her to set up her own trail-building business, in which she has been involved for 10 years. Continuing her exploration of cycling, she discovered Cross Country and more recently track cycling, through the CNCB, for which she now reserves a special place in her heart.

Today, she shares her passion with her three children, who have been living their own cycling adventure through classes and day camps since they were very young. Passionate, she enthusiastically spreads the joy of cycling to everyone she comes into contact with.

A trainer and kinesiologist, Anthony is passionate about sports performance. Involved for over 10 years in coaching international-calibre dragon boat athletes, he has been developing his technical and pedagogical expertise in mountain biking and track cycling over the past few years.

He excels in group and individual coaching. Anthony is also the head coach of the CNCB-Bolt mountain bike club.
