100% bike camp

Yes, participants are responsible for bringing their own bike to camp. The bike must be of adequate size, in good condition and ideally clean at the beginning of the day. A mountain bike is required for all camps.

A BMX will be loaned to your children during BMX activities.

The bikes will be distributed by the coaches on Monday morning after the reception.

Camps start at 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. The reception of the camps will be open between 8:45 and 9:00 am in the morning and between 4:00 and 4:15 pm in the afternoon.

Childcare is offered 1.5 hours before camp and 1.5 hours after camp; from 7:30am to 9am and from 4pm to 5:30pm at a cost of $50.

A regular bicycle helmet for all camps. Long finger gloves and closed shoes are mandatory.
Shin, elbow, and knee pads are highly recommended!

Protective gear (full-face helmet, shin and knee pads, and elbow pads) will be loaned to your children during BMX activities.

No, membership is not mandatory. It is included in the registration for the week of camp only. Outside of camp hours, membership is required.

Yes, you must provide two snacks and a lunch for each day of the camp. With the exception of Friday at noon, lunch will be provided. Please bring snacks for that day.

Yes, all items must be identified with the child’s name. This will make it easier for the CNCB team to follow up when items are forgotten at the end of camp.

Each child must have a bottle holder on their bike and a water bottle or Camelbak style hydration bag. On outings outside of the CNCB, children must be able to carry their own water and snacks.

Equipment list:

  • A mountain bike*
  • We strongly recommend the use of knee and elbow pads

  • Appropriate clothing for cycling and the weather
  • A change of clothes
  • Closed shoes
  • A cold lunch and at least two snacks
  • Hydration bag or water bottle
  • Bathing suit and towel (no swimming, only water games)
  • Sunscreen
  • Mosquito repellent (ticks)
  • Not required: Children who wish to do so may bring their BMX. For the others, a BMX will be provided to each child.

*For those who have rented a mountain bike, the coaches will give it to you at the first activity.

  • 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm: Daycare

All groups will go on at least one full day outing during the week of camp. The outing for the 100% bike camp groups will take place in the Parc des Sommets, either on the mountain or on The Mont Oak. Lunch will be delivered by truck to a pre-arranged meeting point.

Cyclists of all levels and ages are welcome at the camp. However, it is recommended to have a minimum of trail experience. This ensures that the participant will be able to enjoy the camp experience to the fullest and push his/her limits.

You must fill out a waiver form. Our camp coordinator will be able to determine whether or not your child can attend camp. There is a 24 to 48 hour delay before we contact you.

The cancellation and refund policy is that of the consumer protection office. A full refund is offered before the first class. If there is a cancellation after the beginning of the course, we will refund the amount equivalent to the unused period of the calendar as well as a reduction of 10% of the total amount of the invoice up to a maximum of $50.

Indoor Pumptrack

The time slots reserved for 2-4 year olds are free. You must still reserve your spot.

The “All Ages” time slots are open to everyone. However, access is mandatory and subject to a fee, even if your children are 4 years old or younger.
