Cancellation and refund policy
Valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Non-transferable. Full refund less 10% cancellation fee within 1 month of purchase date. Pro rata refund less 50% cancellation fee within 1 month of purchase date.
Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Non-transferable. Full refund less 10% cancellation fee within 1 month of purchase date. Pro rata refund less 50% cancellation fee within 1 month of purchase date.
Valid while sessions last. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. A credit equivalent to the amount of remaining sessions, less a 10% cancellation fee, may be applied to the account if you are unable to use all your accesses.
Registration valid for the current (or future) session. A credit equivalent to the amount of the remaining sessions (-10% of the subscription value) may be applied to the account if you are unable to complete the session. Privacy policy
The Bromont National Cycling Centre respects your right to privacy on the Internet. We undertake not to divulge your identity and/or e-mail address without your consent. We also ensure that we meet international standards for the storage and protection of the information in our possession, at all times.
We collect domain names and addresses from virtual visitors who choose to sign up for our address book and, as a result, register for our database or participate in various contests or promotions advertised on one of our websites. Please note that all the information we hold is available when you sign the address book for that site.
By browsing one of our websites, you consent to the use of the information you transmit to us through said site, as explained above, and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
