Discover all the secrets of the velodrome through the track school. You will learn the different training methods and the specific rules of the different races in a fun way. During the sessions, you will be accompanied by our qualified trainers who will suggest exercises to develop your track cycling skills.

The Adult Beginner Track School is for track riders who wish to perfect their skills on the track in order to integrate free training in a safe and enjoyable way. In this 8-week session, you will consolidate the skills learned in Initiation B, such as relays, pacelines, variable speed and different altitudes on the track.

1 time / week – Tuesday

Prerequisite: Initiation A only

The Intermediate Track School is for riders who have successfully completed the Initiation B. In addition, this course is for those who wish to learn the methods and techniques of track training. During the sessions, you will learn to improve your physiological and technical qualities through different exercises and games. Depending on the level of the group, you may even be introduced to tactical elements of running in the final sessions.

Twice a week

This course is designed specifically for those who wish to develop their racing skills through the range of track races such as Team Pursuit, Scratch Race, Points Race, Madison (American Style), Elimination Race, Win and Out and more. This course is designed for advanced track riders or those who have already completed the intermediate track school.

1 time / week – Monday

This course is for ages 55 and up at the beginner to intermediate level. During the sessions, you will be accompanied by our qualified trainers who will suggest exercises to develop your track cycling skills.

1 time / week – Monday

1 time / week – Wednesday

Twice a week

If you want to improve your speed, your speed endurance, your home-made acceleration and your driving skills, this course is for you. In addition to learning how to train the power qualities, you will learn how to do the 100m, 200m and 500m throwing efforts, standing starts, team sprint techniques, sprint match, Keirin and individual time trial of 500m and 1 kilo.
