Download your membership card to your phone, book your session online, then scan your card at the Customer Experience counter to gain direct access to the sports area. No more mandatory stops at reception! <\/p>\n

DOWNLOAD YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD<\/span><\/h3>\n

Whether you have a 6- or 12-month unlimited membership or a 10-visit pass, you can now add your card to your digital wallet. This will give you quick access to the sports area.

  1. On your phone, go to the<\/strong> My Account<\/a><\/u><\/strong> page of our Activity Messenger microsite and log in.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Your subscription card will appear in the \u201cInformation\u201d tab.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong>If you have multiple subscriptions, go to the \u201cSubscriptions\u201d section to download them all.<\/li>\n
  3. Click \u201cAdd to Apple Maps\u201d (iOS) or \u201cAdd to Google Wallet\u201d (Android).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
