Payment policy

Payable at time of booking by credit card.

Deferral policy

Postponements made 7 days or more before the date of your booking may be made without penalty.

Postponements made between 6 and 3 days before the date of your booking may be made, subject to a handling fee of 15% of the invoice.

NO postponements possible within 3 days of your booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the date of your reservation can be made without penalty.

Cancellations between 6 and 3 days before the date of your booking can be made, subject to a handling fee of 25% of the invoice.

Cancellations made 2 days before the date of your booking may be accepted, subject to a handling fee of 50% of the invoice.

Cancellations made the day before or the day of your booking will be charged at 100%.

• Valid for 1 year or 6 months from the date of purchase (depending on the subscription).
• Non-transferable.
• Full refund at no cost 2 weeks before the start of the product’s validity period.
• Full refund less 10% cancellation fee within 1 month of purchase date.
• Pro-rata refund less 50% cancellation fee more than 1 month from date of purchase.

• Valid until all sessions are sold out.

• A credit equivalent to the amount of the remaining sessions, less a 10% cancellation fee, may be applied to the account if you are unable to use all your accesses.

• A credit equivalent to the amount of the remaining sessions (-10% of the subscription value) may be applied to the account if you are unable to complete the session. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation.

• Full refund more than 48 hours before the activity.
• Account credit if you have to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Refund or account credit possible with more than 4 hours’ notice.
• No credit or refund less than 4 hours before your session.

• Non-refundable deposit, but account credit possible with more than 2 weeks’ notice.

Bromont’s National Cycling Center makes sure to respect the right to privacy on the Internet. We undertake not to disclose your identity and/or email address without your consent. Also, we make sure that we meet international standards for storing and protecting the information in our possession at all times.

We collect domain names as well as addresses through virtual visitors who choose to sign our address book and, consequently, to register in our database or to participate in various contests or promotions advertised on one of our websites. Please note that all the information we have is available to you when you sign the address book of that site.
