Whether you’re just starting out, looking to improve, or want to perfect your skills, our experienced coaches have prepared a series of courses and clinics to meet all your needs. There’s nothing better than team spirit for learning while having fun!
Designed specifically for children under 16 who want to try the sport, this introductory clinic covers the technical basics, safety best practices, and the first experiences of freestyle—even for those with no prior experience.
Under the guidance of a certified coach, participants will learn the essential techniques for entering, riding, and exiting the bowl safely while developing confidence and control on their bike. A perfect first introduction to experience the thrill of freestyle BMX!
Requirements
- Be 16 years old or younger
- Must be comfortable riding a bicycle and able to ride confidently
Fall Session
- Thursdays, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- October 1 through December 17, 2026
Inclusions
- Acces to the Freestyle Zone
- Bicycle and protective gear rental (if needed)
Designed for riders under 16 who are already comfortable on their BMX bikes, this class helps them take their riding to the next level by refining the techniques they’ve already learned and developing new skills. Participants will work on their fluidity, control, and confidence on the various modules in the CNCB Freestyle Zone.
Each session features challenges tailored to the group’s skill level to promote progress, help riders learn new maneuvers, and develop their individual riding styles. It’s the perfect opportunity to push your limits, build confidence, and express your creativity on two wheels.

Ready to take your training to the next level? Discover the RESI-PAD training mat, a safe training surface that allows you to try new tricks without worrying about the impact of landings.
Under the guidance of a professional freestyle athlete, you will learn how to use the resi properly, receive technical advice, and benefit from video analysis to improve your progress.
