Whether you’re just starting out, looking to improve, or want to perfect your skills, our experienced coaches have prepared a series of courses and clinics to meet all your needs. There’s nothing better than team spirit for learning while having fun!

Rates

Starting at
$50 + taxes

As part of Freestyle Weekend taking place from August 14 to 16, 2026, your child has the opportunity to discover the world of BMX freestyle.

Designed specifically for young riders who want to explore the sport, this introductory clinic covers fundamental skills, safety practices, and the excitement of freestyle riding, even with no prior experience.

Under the guidance of a certified coach, participants will learn the essential techniques for entering, riding, and exiting the bowl safely while developing confidence and control on their bike. A perfect first introduction to experience the thrill of freestyle BMX!

Requirements

  • Must be 12 years old or younger
  • Must be comfortable riding a bicycle and able to ride confidently

Summer session

The clinic will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Two time slots are available:

  • Morning (10:00 a.m.)
  • Afternoon (2:00 p.m.)

Inclusions

  • Acces to the Freestyle Zone
  • Bicycle and protective gear rental (if needed)

Want to discover the world of freestyle or improve your flow on the bike? These classes are designed for beginner to intermediate cyclists who want to explore the Freestyle Zone (bowl), understand trajectories, develop their confidence, and gain style and control.

A major advantage for dirt jumping, BMX racing, and mountain biking: you will improve your technical skills, agility, and ability to read the terrain.

Spring/Summer Session

Ready to take your training to the next level? Discover the RESI-PAD training mat, a safe training surface that allows you to try new tricks without worrying about the impact of landings.

Under the guidance of a professional freestyle athlete, you will learn how to use the resi properly, receive technical advice, and benefit from video analysis to improve your progress.
