PowerWatts training
Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or just starting out, PowerWatts courses are tailored to suit every individual. A way to stay active during the off-seasons (autumn to spring). This program draws up your cycling profile, making it easy to visualize your progress.
PowerWatts intrigues you, but you want to try it before signing up for a class? It’s now possible! Sign up for a one-hour session where you will be guided by a coach who will help you learn about cycling and the principles of PowerWatts training. You will leave with a good understanding of the subject and a great workout in your body! Includes

Monday nights, starting at 7:15 PM.
Embark on a high-intensity fall session. New! Starting this fall, you’ll have the option of canceling and rescheduling sessions from your Amilia account. You’ll receive the procedure by e-mail with your registration confirmation!
Duration: 12 weeks
Dates: September 30 to December 22, 2024
Rates :
- 1 time per week: $279.99 + tx
- 2 times per week: $524.99 + tx
Procedure:
- Apply for the desired time slot using the form below.
- Pay the Amilia invoice that will be sent to you by e-mail to confirm your enrolment in the desired courses. Be sure to pay the balance on your account before the first class to speed up your registration at the reception desk.
Do you want to stretch your legs outside of classes? Visit our PowerWatts studio during an open session! A qualified trainer is assigned to start each free session with the day’s training. Learn more
