This program tracks your performance from one workout to the next, making it easy to visualize your progress. Once again this winter, you’ll have the option of cancelling and rescheduling sessions from your Amilia account. You’ll receive the procedure by e-mail with your registration confirmation!

You can now choose your weekly schedule for each of the two 8-week sessions.

- 1 time per week: $199.99 + tx
- 2 times a week: $349.98 +tx

Registration for the fall session usually opens in September. Customers who have already registered for a session still benefit from early registration. If you’re currently enrolled in a PowerWatts group course at CNCB, keep an eye on your inbox. For future new customers, keep an eye on our communications to make sure you don’t miss out on the general launch!
Feel like stretching your legs outside group classes? Visit our PowerWatts studio during an open session! A qualified coach is appointed to start each free session with the day’s training. Note, however, that the free sessions are not animated, so they are recommended for PowerWatts regulars. Session duration:
