Requirements to participate
Be able to meet the FQSC minimum requirements (p4 https://fqsc.net/files/piste/PROG-EQ-QUE-Route-et-Piste-2025-26_250303_133639.pdf ). If an athlete does not know if he/she meets the criteria, he/she will have to undergo tests to confirm that he/she has the required skill level.
Selection process
Payment does not automatically guarantee a place in the training group*. Each application is subject to evaluation by the program’s technical team.
Once the application has been submitted, an official notice will be sent to the athlete according to one of the following decisions:
- Application accepted: the athlete is officially integrated into the group.
- Tests required: tests will be requested to validate that the athlete meets the minimum performance requirements.
- Application rejected: the athlete’s profile does not correspond to the program’s criteria at this stage.
- Waiting list: in the event of a large number of eligible applications, the athlete may be placed on the waiting list for an available spot.
*If an athlete is not selected for the program, a full refund will be issued.
Accommodation and attendance policy
To ensure effective program management, the following guidelines must be followed:
1. Accommodation request
All requests for accommodation must be sent to the person in charge at least two (2) weeks before the start of the program. Requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
2. Participation in a session without prior registration
Any identified athlete wishing to take part in a session for which he or she is not registered must contact the person in charge at least 48 hours in advance. This will ensure proper integration into the group.
