RBC Training Ground
The RBC Program supports cyclists selected during the RBC Recruit Camp in their track development. Mandated by the Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistes (FQSC) and Cycling Canada to implement this program, our organization offers structured coaching focused on technique, power, and confidence on the velodrome. Through targeted training and personalized support, participants train in a high-performance environment with the goal of excelling on the track.
Selected athletes begin with a trial day designed to familiarize them with the velodrome. Afterward, those who wish to continue can sign up for the training program. The summer track training program is progressive and helps participants learn the basics of track cycling as well as providing an introduction to the various types of events.
