This course offers you a complete approach to improving your physical fitness through joint mobilisation exercises, strength training and active stretching.

Use fluid movements to improve the mobility of your joints, incorporate resistance exercises to strengthen your muscles, and benefit from dynamic stretching to increase flexibility and promote recovery.

    This programme offers a series of gentle, progressive exercises targeting the key muscles involved in balance.

    As well as strengthening muscles, these exercises help to improve coordination and posture, reducing the risk of falls.

    Supervised by caring professionals, this course is an excellent opportunity to look after your health while socialising and improving your self-confidence.

    No previous level of fitness is required, just a desire to get moving and look after yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
