Join our Mobility Stick class and rediscover the pleasure of movement! This course offers a comprehensive approach to improving your fitness through joint mobilization, strength training and active stretching. Use fluid movements to improve joint mobility, incorporate resistance exercises to strengthen muscles, and benefit from dynamic stretching to increase flexibility and promote recovery. Target audience :

Join our “Circuit Cinquante Cinq +” program! This program offers a series of gentle, progressive exercises targeting the key muscles involved in balance. In addition to strengthening muscles, these exercises help improve coordination and posture, thus reducing the risk of falls. Supervised by caring professionals, this course is an excellent opportunity to look after your health while socializing and boosting your self-confidence. No previous level of fitness is required, just a willingness to move and take care of yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Target audience :
