OPEN SESSIONSOur PowerWatts training room is perfect for anyone who wants to train regularly and easily using pre-set cycling training programs. Whether your aim is simply to get your legs active, or to improve your cycling performance outdoors, our free training sessions are ideal for all seasons (and all weathers!).

Feel like stretching your legs outside group classes? Visit our PowerWatts studio during an open session!
A qualified coach is assigned to kick off each open session with the workout of the day. Note, however, that the free sessions are not animated, so they are recommended for PowerWatts regulars.
