GROUP COURSES & CLINICSDiscover all the secrets of the velodrome with our track schools, training groups or special clinics. It’s all in good fun as you learn the different training methods, as well as the rules specific to the different races. During your sessions, you’ll be accompanied by our qualified trainers, who’ll suggest exercises to help you develop your track cycling skills.

Under the supervision of our team of coaches, he’ll develop his technical skills, strategic sense, and confidence through practical exercises and race simulations.

Discover the adrenalin and unique technique of Madison with this introductory clinic!
You’ll learn the basics of this duo relay event, where strategy, coordination and speed are essential. Supervised by our team of coaches, you’ll practice relay techniques, effort management and anticipation to familiarize yourself with this dynamic style of running.
Two Madison clinics will be held on the same day; choose the morning or afternoon one!

This intermediate Madison clinic is designed for experienced cyclists who want to perfect their duo skills on the track.
Under the supervision of our coaches, you’ll hone your relay techniques, peloton strategy and anticipation, with race simulations to put your skills to the test.
Develop your reflexes and coordination in real-life conditions and discover how to master the unique intensity of the Madison discipline.

- 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm: Tactical skills and race simulations

This training clinic will focus on validating the aerodynamic position to minimize air resistance, developing management strategies for efficient pursuit, and working on the start using starting blocks. The aim is to maximize the time spent in the pursuit position while improving the athlete’s overall performance.

Prerequisite
- Valid track certification.

Our program is aimed at young people aged 9 to 14 who want to discover track cycling or improve their skills in preparation for competitions.
Whether beginners or more experienced cyclists, everyone can progress at their own pace. The group will be divided into two levels, with supervision provided by two qualified coaches.
This track school combines learning and fun, helping youngsters to develop their technical skills and physical abilities. The aim is to make them better performers, whether for their outdoor season or for the U15 category races.
Prerequisites
- Age: 9 to 14
- No certification required.

- January 19 to March 9, 2025
- Sundays from 10am to 12pm
Winter session – block 2
- March 30 to May 4, 2025
- Sundays from 10am to 12pm

Develop your confidence on the track
Our track school is ideal for beginner cyclists who want to develop their technical skills and fitness on the velodrome. Thanks to a variety of training sessions and adapted exercises, you’ll enjoy an enriching and progressive experience.

- Certified on the velodrome

- Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Winter session – block 2
- March 29 to May 3

Refine your track skills
This school is a natural progression from the beginner-intermediate track school. Our track school is designed for cyclists wishing to deepen their technical skills and improve their physical condition on the velodrome.
Through structured training and specific tests, you’ll benefit from a methodical progression adapted to your level.
Prerequisites
- Age: 12 and over
- Certified on the velodrome
- Previous track experience or completion of beginner-intermediate track school
Winter session – block 1
- January 14 to March 4, 2025
- Tuesdays, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Winter session – block 2
- March 11 to April 29, 2025
- Tuesdays from 5pm to 7pm

Push your level on the track
This school is a natural progression from the intermediate-advanced training group. Emphasis is placed on perfecting technical skills, as well as a significant progression in fitness on the track. Through a variety of training games and the introduction of some simulated track events, the cyclist is sure to have a complete and progressive experience!

- Age: 12 and over
- Certified on the velodrome
- Previous track experience or completion of the intermediate-advanced training group.

Develop your track racing skills
Our “Competition” training group is specially designed for cyclists wishing to excel in the Coupe du Québec program, combining endurance and sprint training. This rigorous program offers balanced sessions to improve both your sprint power and your endurance on the velodrome.
Prerequisites
- Age: 16 and over
- Certified on the velodrome
- Verifiable track racing experience
Winter session – Block 1
- January 13 to March 3, 2025
- Mondays, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Winter session – block 2
- March 10 to April 28, 2025
- Mondays, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
