⭐ A NEW WAY TO ENJOY CYCLING
Whether you’re looking to try new disciplines or improve your skills, the CNCB’s 100% Bike Course are designed for children ages 6 to 14 and women ages 16 and older who want to improve in a safe, supervised environment. Participants explore the velodrome, the roller track, and the Freestyle Zone through sessions tailored to their skill level. Offered over 12 weeks in the fall, these group classes help you build confidence, improve your technique, and fully embrace your passion for cycling. Learn moreRETURN TO THE VELODROME
Fall marks the return of activities at the velodrome. Whether you’re looking for a new challenge, want to hone your skills, or aim to reach your athletic goals, our fall program offers plenty of opportunities to ride, learn, and push yourself.Track Schools
Our Track Schools support cyclists of all skill levels, from their first laps around the track to more advanced riding. Thanks to structured coaching and appropriately sized groups, everyone can progress at their own pace in a stimulating and safe environment. This season, seven courses are being offered, divided into four categories:- Youth: Three groups—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—allow young people to progress at their own pace while developing their technical skills and confidence on the slopes.
- Beginner and Intermediate: programs designed for adults who want to discover track cycling or build on their skills in a supervised and friendly environment.
- Competition: For cyclists who want to push their limits, develop their tactical skills, and improve their performance in preparation for training and competitions.
- ⭐ Madison: a specialized program dedicated to learning and mastering this spectacular sport, with an emphasis on coordination, technique, and teamwork.
⭐ Full Certification
Want to try track cycling without having to go through multiple steps? This season, the CNCB is launching the Full Certification, a new program that combines the Introductory Session and Certification into a single 3-hour experience. Learn the basics, build your confidence on the velodrome, and earn your certification in an all-in-one program designed to get you on the track faster. Learn moreTHE PERFECT CLASSES FOR CHILDREN
The Ini-Bike program is the go-to option for learning to ride a bike or improving your skills in a fun and safe environment. This fall, young people will be able to choose from several programs tailored to their age and skill level, led by our passionate coaches. Coming up this fall:- Ini-Push bike (2 to 4 years old)
- Ini-Two wheels (3 to 6 years old)
- Ini-Pumptrack (5 to 8 years old)
- Ini-Mountain Bike (5 to 8 years old)

This fall, our PowerWatts program is enhancing its offerings to better fit your schedule. With a 12-week block and a variety of sessions each week—including 90-minute workouts on weekends—you’ll have everything you need to reach your goals and take your fitness to the next level. Add some variety to your routine with our brand-new circuit training class. For 60 minutes, move through a series of strength-training and cardio exercises in a dynamic, varied workout suitable for all fitness levels. This season, our BMX Freestyle program is expanding for riders under 16 with the addition of a brand-new intermediate group.- Beginner: The perfect introduction to freestyle BMX to learn the basics, navigate various obstacles, and build confidence in a fun and safe environment.
- ⭐ Intermediate: Designed for young riders who are already comfortable on their BMX bikes and want to refine their technique, improve their fluidity, and learn new tricks with the guidance of our experienced coaches.
