OPEN SESSIONSOur PowerWatts training room is perfect for anyone who wants to train regularly and easily using pre-set cycling training programs. Whether your aim is simply to get your legs active, or to improve your cycling performance outdoors, our free training sessions are ideal for all seasons (and all weathers!).

A qualified trainer is assigned to start each free session with the workout of the day. Please note, however, that free sessions are not animated, so they are recommended for PowerWatts regulars.
If you’ve never taken part in a PowerWatts training session before, you must first apply for an introductory course. After this course, you’ll have everything you need to fully enjoy your free session.
Session duration:
- 60 minutes
- 90 minutes
- Clean your bike after each use.
- Inform reception staff of any problems.
