What could be more encouraging than learning and stepping out of your comfort zone surrounded by other inspiring women?
Whether or not you’ve ever ridden on a roller track, this 2-hour beginner’s clinic for women is perfect for building a solid foundation and confidence. If you’re looking for a safe environment where you can progress at your own pace, thanks to the exercises and advice of our experienced trainers, this is the clinic for you!
Goals
- Learn the right basic position
- Master the technique for riding over bumps without pedaling
- Practice turning technique on sharp bends
Note: A minimum of 6 participants is required to maintain the group. The CNCB reserves the right to cancel the session or regroup participants in the event of insufficient numbers.
Inclusions
- Training by experienced coaches
- Dirtjump or BMX bike rental, full-face helmet and body protection (if required)
Exclusions
- Closed shoes
- Water bottle
- Access to the pumptrack
- Fullface helmet
- Gloves
- Elbows and knees protectors (recommended)
