Starting November 3, enjoy a brand new way to access the sports area even more easily!

Download your membership card to your phone, book your session online, then scan your card at the Customer Experience counter to gain direct access to the sports area. No more mandatory stops at reception!

DOWNLOAD YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD

Whether you have a 6- or 12-month unlimited membership or a 10-visit pass, you can now add your card to your digital wallet. This will give you quick access to the sports area.

1. On your phone, go to the My Account page of our Activity Messenger microsite and log in.
2. Your subscription card will appear in the “Information” tab. If you have multiple subscriptions, go to the “Subscriptions” section to download them all.
3. Click “Add to Apple Maps” (iOS) or “Add to Google Wallet” (Android).

2. Scan your subscription card at the digital reader at the reception desk.
