Since last autumn we’ve been pleased to offer group classes designed to improve your mobility, strength and general well-being. These sessions are adapted to different levels and aim to optimise your physical fitness, whether it’s for sporting performance or maintaining good physical condition on a daily basis.

Rediscover the pleasure of movement!

This course offers you a complete approach to improving your physical fitness through joint mobilisation exercises, strength training and active stretching.

Use fluid movements to improve the mobility of your joints, incorporate resistance exercises to strengthen your muscles, and benefit from dynamic stretching to increase flexibility and promote recovery.

This programme is designed to help those who wish to develop their mobility and strength, even with limited flexibility.

Through adapted exercises using body weight, you’ll learn to strengthen and loosen your muscles in a safe, progressive way, while improving your posture and body awareness.

Prevent injury by strengthening your stabilising muscles.

This programme offers a series of gentle, progressive exercises targeting the key muscles involved in balance.

As well as strengthening muscles, these exercises help to improve coordination and posture, reducing the risk of falls.

Supervised by caring professionals, this course is an excellent opportunity to look after your health while socialising and improving your self-confidence.

No previous level of fitness is required, just a desire to get moving and look after yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
