These sessions are adapted to different levels and aim to optimize your physical fitness, whether for sports performance or for maintaining good physical condition on a daily basis.

This class offers you a complete approach to improving your fitness through joint mobilization, strength training and active stretching.

Use fluid movements to improve joint mobility, incorporate resistance exercises to strengthen muscles, and benefit from dynamic stretching to increase flexibility and promote recovery.

This program is designed to help those who wish to develop their mobility and strength, even with limited flexibility.

Through adapted exercises using body weight, you’ll learn to strengthen and soften your muscles in a safe and progressive way, while improving your posture and body awareness.

Prevent injury by strengthening your stabilizing muscles.

This program offers a series of gentle, progressive exercises targeting the key muscles involved in balance.

In addition to strengthening muscles, these exercises help improve coordination and posture, thus reducing the risk of falls.

Supervised by caring professionals, this course is an excellent opportunity to look after your health while socializing and improving your self-confidence.

No previous level of fitness is required, just a willingness to move and take care of yourself in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
