Training for elite cyclists
Fall & winter

The Elite Cycling Training Program at the Bromont National Cycling Centre (CNCB) is designed for cyclists recognized in their discipline (road, track, mountain bike, or BMX) who want to advance their skills in a structured and motivating environment.

Through group training, individualized planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, the program fosters individual excellence while strengthening a sense of belonging within a community of dedicated athletes.

Rates

Starting at

This program combines indoor training on PowerWatts bikes, physical conditioning, technical cycling work, and coaching by specialized trainers.

Athletes benefit from targeted assessments of energy systems, motor patterns, and overall athletic development, as well as privileged access to CNCB facilities such as the weight room, the pumptrack and the Freestyle Zone.

Schedule

October 27 to December 21, 2025

Frequency

For the fall, the training frequency is as follows:

  • Physical training: once a week (Monday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
  • Powerwatts: twice a week (Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday at 2:00 p.m.)
  • Technical cycling training: once a week (Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
