Training for cyclists aged 7 to 18
Year-round

Designed to promote optimal progress in endurance cycling disciplines, the Endurance Program offers young athletes aged 7 to 18 a comprehensive cycling training experience.

By exploring various endurance-focused cycling disciplines (cross-country, road, gravel, track, and cyclocross), young athletes develop a wide range of skills throughout the seasons. Whether it’s to build their physical fitness, improve their endurance over long distances, or perfect their riding techniques, each session is designed to promote long-term progress, enabling them to become better athletes.

Supported by our experienced coaches, they benefit from training adapted to their level, in a stimulating environment that combines fun and self-improvement!

GROUPS

Each session is designed to offer continuous progression in a stimulating environment supervised by qualified trainers.

For the fall season, kids will be divided into different groups according to their skills.

SCHEDULE

Comprising 10 weeks of supervised training, the Cyclocross Endurance Program begins the week of September 3 and ends on November 5, 2025.

For the fall, one cyclocross training session per week is planned:

  • Thurdays, from 6pm to 7.30pm – Cyclocross

RATE

The registration fee covers all 10 sessions of the fall session.

  • 1 training session per week : 1$87.50

LOCATION

Athletes will have access to the various facilities at the CNCB or different networks throughout the city of Bromont, depending on their training schedule. The starting point will always be at the CNCB.

Note: A minimum of 8 participants per category is required to maintain the group. The CNCB reserves the right to cancel the session if there are insufficient registrations.

Inclusions

Exclusions

  • Bicycle suitable for the discipline (mountain bike rental available)
  • Bicycle suitable for the discipline (rental available)Protective gear (bike helmet, goggles, gloves, etc.)
  • Bicycle lights for outdoor evening training sessions
  • Basic repair equipment (multi-tools, tire levers, inner tube, pump, etc.)

Attention
