Structuring mental preparation for performance
Sports Perspectives - Lecture SeriesThe second conference in the Sports Perspectives series is presented by Alexandra Galarneau, M.Sc.(c), a master’s candidate in sports psychology at the University of Sherbrooke and coach at the CNCB, and Charles Mathys, Director of Sports Programs at the CNCB.
Focusing on the experience of an elite athlete, this conference demonstrates how mental performance can be integrated in a practical way to optimize results, whether in competition, at sporting events, or in the context of sports travel.
On the agenda:
• The mental profile and its role in performance
• Concrete tools to stimulate change
• Examples of real-life applications and their effects
• A practical mental visualization workshop (why, when, how, and what to visualize)
An accessible and practical conference to better understand and apply the mental levers of performance.
And the good news is, the conference is free! Space is limited, so reserve your spot quickly.
*Please note that the conference will be held in French.
