This program tracks your performance from one workout to the next, making it easy to visualize your progress.

PowerWatts group classes are a great way to stay active during the off-season. They are ideal for maintaining a regular, simple, and effective training routine. With guidance from our coaches, you’ll receive tips throughout the session to improve your performance and achieve your goals.
Schedule
- 12-week session
- From September 27 to December 21
*No PowerWatts courses on November 1 and 2.
Rates
- 1 class per week: $300 + taxes
- 2 classes per week: $560 + taxes
Note: The CNCB reserves the right to cancel the session or combine two groups if there are insufficient registrations.
Registration for the winter session usually opens in December.

A PowerWatts training session is an immersive indoor cycling experience designed for all levels. It combines personalized training on smart bikes, real-time analysis of your performance (power, cadence, heart rate) and motivating coaching.
During your introductory session with our trainer, you’ll discover how to optimize your effort thanks to precise data and adapted exercises, all in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cyclist, PowerWatts will help you improve your fitness while having fun!
